No returns. No refunds. Wrong order? We'll make it right.
At Backbench Theory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason — including change of mind, or colour appearing different on screen versus in person.
Please be careful while picking your product. Every product page has a detailed size guide and description. All our tees are oversized — if you want a closer fit, size down. Take a moment before you check out. The choice is yours and we trust you to make it right.
When we will replace your order
We will send you a free replacement if your order falls into any of the following:
✓ Manufacturing defect — bad print, stitching issue, or visible damage
✓ Wrong item delivered — you received a different design than ordered
✓ Item damaged in transit — arrived in unusable condition
✓ Wrong size delivered — we packed the wrong size (our fault, not yours)
✓ Ordered the wrong size yourself — we understand, it happens
Does not qualify for replacement:
✗ Changed your mind after ordering
✗ Colour looks slightly different from screen
✗ Request raised after 5 days of delivery
How replacement works
We've kept this as simple as possible. No sending things back. No lengthy verification.
Step 1 — Raise a request within 5 days of delivery Go to your order on our website and raise a replacement request. No proof or photos needed — just your order number and what went wrong.
Step 2 — Pick your replacement You can choose any item of the same value from our current collection — not just the same product. Your call.
Step 3 — We ship it to you, free We verify your request and ship the replacement within 14 days. We bear the full shipping cost. You don't send anything back.
